- Banana Slices

- Cantaloupe

(Make sloshing sounds and move hands as if slogging.)
Follow the verses:
Sticks,
(snap fingers)
Tree,
(make gestures climbing up and down)
Gate,
(make gate opening gestures)
River,
(make swimming gestures)
Cave,
(Go in and find a lion and reverse all
gestures to get home.)
Can’t go over it
Can’t go under it

We got to go through it
(Pretend to move fast and run in place)

Materials Needed:
- Construction Paper (Orange and Yellow)
- Paper Plates
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions:
- Cut paper into strips.
- Cut a hole in the paper plate.
- Glue the strips of paper to ring alternating colors.
